It was our first time going to that butcher and the put WAY too much salt into it.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of some of the salt taste and still be able to use the meat? It seems like such a waste to throw it out!

I seen on the news where there are starving Elk. In Washington. I live right across the river. I want to help these animals. I am an animal person. And I couldn’t stand watching what I seen on the news. It showed these animals dying and the already dead from not having food and water. And a baby Elk that was dying. This happened in 1999 also and people donated money to get seed and trees to feed these animals. I want to do that. Anyone have any ideas.
