If you are only, and I mean only use it for that, then I would get a .338 win mag. I really wouldn't suggest any .30 cal magnum for grizzly, even though it would work, I would wan't a little bigger.

Quite often people will borrow a gun for a trip, a gun that they are not familiar with. Do not do that. A friend of mine borrowed a gun and ended up dead when he went after a wounded Cape Buffalo. Take a gun you already own or that you have used a lot prior to the trip.

I would take my 375 H+H Mag. That is more than enough for any Alaskan game. I would use sabot rounds for smaller game such as the wolves. If I did not have that, a 30-06 with some solid core bullets would be good. But I would not go much smaller than that.

big. okay answer, but don't go too big.
definately recommend a 30-06. I would also recommend anywhere from 180grain to 200.
Good luck

The heaviest you can handle. Minimum 30 Caliber with velocities above 2800 fps. Big Brown Bears are scary. I have a nice model 70 in .338 Winchester that I would consider as a choice for the selection you presented. It weighs just under 10 pounds so it doesn't beat me up too badly. The 30-06; with the right bullet selection; will do just as well if you put 'em in the right place. A really good shot could make do with a .270; but I feel that to be a marginal caliber for Griz or Brown. I'd insist that the hunter next to me be carrying something heavier.

I would go with the .30 or .338 magnums when you include hunting grizzly. If you are worried about self defense from grizzly's you would probably want a larger caliber rifle or 12 ga shotgun loaded with heavy slugs,

Well I would take a large caliber semi-auto like my ruger 30-06 or something bigger but you might not want to go too much larger if your hunting wolf. And personaly I wouldn't hunt dangerous game with anything other than a semi-auto.
